Our in-house forging process is carried out using 7 vertical forging presses. We have the ability to create alloy steel bolts from ¼" diameter to 5 ¾" diameter. Precise control of forged billet heating is achieved through our manufacturing processes, virtually eliminating the potential for heat damage to bolt forgings. We can make hot forged bolt heads and hex nuts in almost any high strength, low alloy steel or heat resistant super alloy. Bolt/Screw Head and Nut configurations include: Hexagonal, 12-Point Flange, Hex Flange, Hexagon Socket, and custom products. Forging processes are planned and implemented by our Manufacturing Engineering personnel.
